Deposit and cancellation policy

General policy

(except winter season)

• The hotel will collect a 20% deposit at the time of booking.
• An online payment link will be provided and the remaining 80% of the reservation must be paid within 24 hours before the day of arrival at the accommodation.
• Cancellations or modifications up to 7 days before the arrival date, do not have cancellation fees.
• Cancellations or modifications outside this period will be charged for the first night of stay.

Policy in winter season

(from December 1, 2022 to April 8, 2023)

• 50% prepayment is required at the time of booking. You will be sent a secure online payment link to formalize your reservation.
• Cancellations or modifications up to 10 days before the arrival date, there will be no cancellation fees and the prepayment will be refunded.
• Cancellations or modifications from 9 days before the arrival date, the penalty will be the 50% deposit.
• Cancellations or modifications with less than 48 hours. before the date of arrival or no show, the penalty will be the total cost of the stay.

(From December 25 to January 3 and from February 8 to 28, this cancellation period will be
30 days – all reservations in this period of dates have the maximum cancellation)

*Leo SLU (The Mirror) reserves the right to check the validity and data of the credit card provided at the time of making the reservation and if it is not valid, cancel the reservation.
